I have also delivered to private sector clients, data engineering/ETL solutions as well as front-end analytics and reporting solutions using a variety of toolsets and languages.

As a developer, I am well-versed in each stage of the service management life-cycle (ITIL Certified) including multiple testing stages, in different internal testing environments. I have also been on support for the live environments on many of my deliveries.

Experienced in utilising both the traditional waterfall and scrum agile methodologies to deliver product increments and proficient in associated technologies, mainly the Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).

I have experience delivering an advanced analytics/machine learning proof of concept around customer segmentation and recommender systems using an objects oriented technology (RapidMiner) to apply algorithms to data sets through data flows.
